APPLE AND VANILLA JAM
 

 
It's a jam with very little cane sugar and flavoured with vanilla powder.

We cook it very shortly in order to maintain the apple taste while vanilla gives it a unique fragrance. It's perfect for breakfast, on bread or on rusks.

It's good for making cakes and tarts and for stuffing croissants.
