AUBERGINES IN OIL |

This typical Summer vegetable, part of the potato order, is fit to prepare different and very tasty recipes.
It has little calories, little fat, proteins and (glycerides). As a matter of fact, it is often used in diets, boiled or barbecued.
Our recipe is not really ditetic but it is very tasty!

Aubergines are peeled and worked very quicly, soon after we pick them and after a long procedure (to let them loose their water which may give them a bitter taste) we place them in jars with olive oil, together with capers, chili pepper and origan.
It’s a perfect hors-d’oeuvre or appetizer and it can accompany a main dish too.
Thanks to the way we prepare the aubergines, they maintain a nice and fleshy consistency /thickness), almost crisp.

We have jars of 370 gr or of kgs.

Our line includes two different sizes for each product. A smaller size (varying according to quality) for shops selling by retail and addressed to the final consumer, single or family.
On the contrary, the bigger size is packed in jars of kgs to be more convenient for restaurants, canteens, pizzerias, bars or for large families.
We planned these different sizes to make the practicality of the customer easier even though the characteristics of the processing and the tastes remain unchanged.
We are available to evaluate variations on the recipes on request in order to meet tastes and particular exigencies on condition that important quantities may be guaranteed.
