TOMATO AND HERBS SAUCE |

tomato sauce is always the base with the additino of salt and herbs picked in our farm: rosemary, sage, parsley and various types of tyme.
This sauce is a very flavoured and ready one and it only takes a few minutes to be warmed.
It can be put on pasta with a bittle bit of uncooked best quality olive oil.

TOMATO SAUCES AND OTHERS.
For our tomato sauce, we use tomatos of our production. They are dry, fleshy, picked by hand when they are fully ripened and immediately processed. Our production consists of: :

TOMATO SAUCE : It is simply made of tomatos with no additional salt , indicated for who has problems of health or for who loves its taste the way it is. It’s perfect for seasoning pizza (without causing heartburn thanks to an accurate choice during the harvest and their immediate processing) and as a base for making sauces according to one’s own taste and fantasy.

TOMATO BASIL SAUCE : For this sauce, we add to tomatos a good quantità of basil and a little bit of salt. It’s a tasty but delicate sauce and it only takes a few minutes to warm it up. Add it to your pasta, better with a little bit of uncooked best quality olive oil.

READY SAUCE WITH VEGETABLES : Tomato sauce is the base. It is enriched with carrots, onions and celery finely minced and browned in olive oil. This is a very tasty sauce and it may be warmed up in a few minutes adding a little bit of best-quality olive oil. If you add the sauce to the just drained pasta directly into the pan and then leap it up for two minutes, you will get to a better result. This sauce may be used for preparing “Bruschetta” as well.
