RED HOT CHILI PEPPER AND HONEY MUSTARD
 


 
We have tried a pleasant coupling, studied with the intention of being tasted with cheese.

And our experiment is successful! It is perfect with very seasoned cheese such as a well seasoned Robiola of Roccaverano or with a Castelmagno cheese.

It goes well with fresh and creamy cheese while they melt together in your mouth.

Honey gives a soft sweetness and a nice consistency to the mustard, while the red chilli pepper, which is not too strong, may be tasted in a second time. This combining is something extraordinary…

We use Acacia honey which is locally produced and the round red chili peppers of our garden: they need more care and work but they are more fleshly and tasty.

They are packed in jars of 100 or 200 grams.
